Grand Hyatt Macau Hotel

The location of the hotel is great, being near Macau airport and the ferry terminal. It offers an easy access to transportation for those wanting to explore the city. The rooms are exquisite, with all expected amenities and even an umbrella provided. The bathroom is clean and spacious, with two sinks for convenience. The staff provides excellent service and the room service is quick and reasonably priced. The hotel also has a piano lounge where guests can relax and enjoy live music in the evenings.

The only downside is that the edges of the tub in the bathroom can be slippery, which can be a safety concern for some guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms are spacious with a nice view, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the housekeeping staff did a great job. The location is quite close to everything in the Cotai area, including the main casinos and the bus stop. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the breakfast offered a beautiful balance of Asian and Western foods. The staff, especially Reven Luo and Sabrini, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout my stay.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! Loved the spacious rooms with stunning views of the city lights. the complimentary Christmas decorations added a festive touch to the stay. Appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to shopping and entertainment areas. the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

One of the downsides was the language barrier with some staff members, which caused delays during check-in. Also, the hotel could have better organized queuing systems during peak times to avoid long waiting times.

During my stay at Grand Hyatt, I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional housekeeping service. The staff, Rogelio and his partner, went above and beyond to ensure that our room was impeccably clean and welcoming. They definitely made a positive impact on our overall experience.

I must mention that there were a few drawbacks. It felt more like a check-in experience at a lower-rated hotel.

Located in the Taipa Cotai area, this hotel offers a prime location between the major casinos in Cotai Strip. You'll find yourself just a short walk away from the COD shopping area, restaurants, and House of Dancing Water arena. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering impressive views of the surroundings. The bathroom is well-appointed, and the service is prompt and attentive. The hotel also provides free shuttle service to and from the airport, ferry terminals, and land border crossings.

Some staff members may not be as helpful to poorly educated guests.

Great facilities including a lovely swimming pool and hot tubs. Convenient location near a popular attraction and restaurant. Fast and reliable wifi for those who need to work.

Slow check-in process and issues with room readiness. Language barrier and lack of communication skills from some staff members.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the luxurious amenities fulfilled all my needs, from the full body massage to the beauty treatment, to the top-notch service provided. the sun terrace with its sun loungers was absolutely relaxing, and the swimming pool with its outdoor Jacuzzi was just perfect. the bar/lounge area was cozy and the snack bar had delicious options. the private facilities, including the treatment rooms and the sauna, were exclusive and excellent.

The only minor issue was that the restaurant in the hotel took some time to serve the in-room breakfast. the service provided by the staff was outstanding, and the location advantages of the venue were unbeatable.

Well-maintained pool and hot tub facilities that are not crowded. Excellent dining experience at Beijing Kitchen, especially their Peking duck. Friendly and courteous staff who went above and beyond to accommodate requests. Comfortable beds and well-equipped suites, including a Nespresso coffee machine with free capsules. Walking distance to shops, casinos, and restaurants, with some attached to the hotel for added convenience. Phenomenal breakfast and amazing value for money meals at the ground floor cafe's daily specials. Upgraded to a suite with a view of the fountain show. Overall positive experience and plan to return.

Felt extremely safe and had no complaints at all.

My Supreme Service experience at Grand Hyatt was truly exceptional. When I realized I left my mobile phone in a taxi, the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist me. They immediately tried to stop the taxi and when that didn't work, another staff member patiently helped me by checking CCTV footage and contacting taxi groups. Their dedication and professionalism ensured that my phone was found within 1.5 hours. I am truly grateful for their high-quality service and would highly recommend Grand Hyatt to others. I was extremely impressed with my stay at Grand Hyatt and would definitely return in the future.
